The secretary for the Environment and Natural Ressources has given permission to build a cement plant in "Los Haitises" National Park.

Sounds good to me. They kicked out the poor farmers that tried to make a living and provide food.
Now they have room for a nice clean cement plant.

Having gone... NO... still going/working???? with the legal .... system???? for over 5 years... and having been to the supreeeeeem Court.... and the other spreeeeem Court... while other issues are set aside while waiting for all the above to do other then to do nothing ? drain me of money... even thou I've won every case.... but it keeps getting appealed to a higher Court... How many are there ? That keeps me from the last...???? case to win my money back???? that will never happen.... and ... and.... and... my 3... count them.... THREEEEWEEEEE legal firms that I EMPLOY are doing just fine.
I expect to maybe see an end....................... I don't.
BTW... my latest win has been appealed to the Suprrrreeeeem Court and that will then go to the next Suprrrrreeeeem Court.
A little insight on how things DON'T WORK.

Amended: We have had a lien on some properties for the 4 years that means that they should not be able to sell them. Not true, they still can sell and/or build but can not get a title. We now have liens on ALL their ocean front lots; 20 million asking price and they have no deslindes or titles since they were all illegal. We have also frozen bank accts. What do they do???? PISS ME OFF SOME MORE by again going to a higher court.
I WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY BACK.. A SMALL AMOUNT COMPARED TO WHAT THEY WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO SELL OR GET TO.
Geeee. sorry for my rant about how the legal system does not work. I have lots more stories from other people too.
