Where is "Paraguay" in the Domincian map?.

Is it near Samana?.

We'll see, Samanave. One of the goals of the new president is to "open up" Paraguay to the world, so maybe we'll see more countries getting in visa free or at least visa on arrival. There's still a few developed nations for which a visa is required before arrival. Asunción is currently definitely the cheapest capital to live in in South America, so that may be a draw to expats. I haven't been able to find a great deal of online resources for expats in Paraguay. Any good links?
